Hello! Thanks for stopping by my website.
Here’s a bit about my professional life: I’m an editor at Yoga International and a freelance copywriter and editor. I was the editor of Accessible Yoga Voices and I also wrote regular features for YogaCityNYC, including Reflections of Master Teachers (a bi-weekly series that I developed for the site).
My poetry has appeared in many journals, including Five Points, Gargoyle, and The Satirist, and my chapbook Fairview Road was published in February 2015. I’ve been nominated for the Pushcart Prize twice.
In 2020, I was published in two anthologies: Embodied Resilience Through Yoga and What They Bring: The Poetry of Migration and Immigration.
And I teach yoga! Adults, seniors, kids, cats… kidding. My cat teaches me yoga. And we like it that way.
Curious about my teaching? Read testimonials about my private and group classes.
