My Yoga Classes & Workshops

I’m teaching two donation-based group classes online right now:

Moderate Flow + Stretch on Mondays from 4:30-5:30pm
Suggested minimum donation: $15

Core Flow + Stretch on Thursdays from 5:15 to 6:15pm
Suggested minimum donation: $15

Restorative yoga and poetry workshop is back on May 2nd!
3:45 to 5:30pm. Donation-based.

In this workshop, after a gentle warm up, you’ll rest in prop-supported poses while I read poems (and some prose) to help you embody the shapes and rest in relaxed awareness. There will also be quieter poses where you’ll rest in silence as well as a short journaling break (where I’ll offer a writing prompt connected to the poses/poems you’ve experienced). Contact me at kathleen.kraft@gmail.com to sign up!

I also teach private classes online and in person.

Touch base with me if you’d like to join an online group class or schedule a private: kathleen.kraft@gmail.com.

*Benefits of chair yoga:
For those with disabilities, weight challenges, inflexibility, or who cannot get on the floor for whatever reason (such as age or being in a crowded work environment) – you can benefit from a daily practice of yoga on a chair, in the comfort of your home or office.  The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body, allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health potential.  Even if you are in a wheelchair, you can receive the many benefits of chair yoga—the integration of body, mind, and spirit that keeps the yoga practitioner at the top of their game.
